Surge in the number of winter visitors to Jersey

I am delighted with the news that we are finally beginning to grow our visor economy on a year round basis.  Not only will this provide increased productivity within the hospitality sector, and the island’s economy as a whole, but will also help to strengthen transport links throughout the winter months.  Very well done to Visit Jersey and the tourism industry for their commitment to continuing to build this vital economic sector.

And there are further reasons to be optimistic in 2018.  Super League Triathlon is returning, we will soon be able to welcome couples planning open air marriage in our exceptional locations, a greatly enhanced inter island ferry service and improved air links to and from the UK and Europe. All we need now is a long hot summer!
